PROGRAM GOALS

  1. DEVELOP CHARACTER: BELIEF, PRIDE, DISCIPLINE, COURAGE, EFFORT, PERSERVERANCE, UNITY, HONESTY, LEADERSHIP, TRUSTWORTHINESS AND WORK ETHIC.
  2. DEVELOP CONDITIONING: LIFTING, RUNNING, STRETCHING, NUTRITION, REST AND ENDURANCE.
  3. DEVELOP ATHLETIC ABILITY: SPEED, QUICKNESS, POWER, EXPLOSIVENESS, AGILITY, AND STRENGTH

Program Activities include

* COUGAR MOUNTAIN
* WEIGHT TRAINING
* SPEED TRAINING
* AGILITY TRAINING
* QUICKNESS TRAINING
* CARDIOVASCULAR TRAINING
PARTICIPANTS WILL COMPLETE  1 HOUR OF WEIGHT TRAINING AND  1 HOUR OF SPEED, AGILITY, QUICKNESS AND CARDIOVASCULAR TRAINING EACH SESSION.
