Varsity Team Tennis News – Ridge Point

                 Kempner’s Varsity Tennis Team lost to Ridge Point High School for their first team tennis match. Still smiling as they are optimistic for their next match against Bush High School! Varsity Team Tennis Aftermath

  Jenny Ho rests her feet after a long day of team tennis as she won 3/4 of her singles/doubles matches! Peter Tran stands in victory to celebrate his match against Wharton. Varsity lost to Baytown Sterling 13 -5 and beat Wharton 11-8! Kempner’s tennis team starts the season fighting!

District Tournament

JV and Freshman teams played the district tournament on Wednesday and matches were won by Alex Nguyen and Brandon Won. The rest of the teams gave good effort but failed to advance. Varsity played on Thursday and matches were won by Pratik Sharma in boys singles, Vincent Viray and Ishan Danayak in boys doubles. Kaitlyn

Kempner Team Tennis Advances to Bi-District

Congrats to the Cougar Team Tennis squad.  They have advanced to the Bi-District playoffs. They played Seven Lakes this afternoon with the winner advancing to the Area playoffs.
